It is clear this company has done its homework on what their customer is looking for.
Support and Customer Service
Summary: The amount of content that both companies put out is extraordinary, blog and podcasts, however, JobNimbus’ Solution Summit and extensive effort to provide support via Youtube shows that their CEO hosts is a world class marketing example. Both companies provide an extensive number of testimonials, counted as support for the purposes of this review, with JobNimbus providing ~30% of their 200+ videos as testimonials in the last two years, vs Acculynxs’ +50% out of their 32 videos made in the last two years.
Opportunities for Improvement:
